sandwiched between two 6" pieces of flat bar 1/4" thick from
start of rake to tip of hull. This section of the rake takes the
most beating from waves. It makes sense to us to beef it up
here! |
Transverse Bracing on 72" Bottom Boats
| 2" x 2" Square tubing placed on 12" centers coped over
runners. |
| 3" x 3/16" T-Bar connects keel to sides and transverse
tubing. |
| 1/4" Gusset plates ties tubing, T-Bar, and keel together on
12" centers. |
